Classic Ferrari Specialists

GTO Engineering was started in the early eighties by Mark Lyon as a specialist sub-contractor working for some of the most prestigious Ferrari dealers and specialists. By the late eighties, Mark formed a partnership with his wife Rosie and set up his own small workshop in Northwood. After several years, GTO moved to larger premises at The Old Stables in Harrow and began to take on staff, the first being Mark's old friend and colleague Kevin Jones, known to many event and race-goers. As GTO's reputation spread the business blossomed, and in nineties the parts operation was commenced to serve the growing demand for increasingly rare parts.

In the late nineties GTO were offered the wonderful opportunity to buy Tony Merrick's operation in rural Berkshire, where the company remains to this day servicing, race/tour preparing, inspecting classic Ferraris and making, sourcing and selling rare Ferrari parts. In 2010 GTO London was launched by Mark and his daughter Victoria, building on GTO's reputation for quality, precision engineering with a range of luxury lifestyle goods.

As of 2011 GTO have a team of 16 engineers and support staff who bring together their skills and experience to serve their loyal customers.
